Where do you ship?
North America, we ship to Canada and the United Sates for the exceptions of SIM cards, we can only deliver SIM cards to Canadian mailing addresses. Shipping is free within Canada for phone plans and orders 100$+. When shipping costs are applied, they will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Over the boarder deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Can I return my SIM and AIRTIME card order?
All SIM and Prepaid Voucher card orders are final sale and non-refundable.
Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure that our customers are satisfied with our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll help you through the process.

Chatr Mobile offers affordable long distance rates worldwide, starting from just 1¢/min. Call directly from your chatr phone. No calling cards, No PINs needed. The international talk saver is included on the $25, $35 talk and text plans as well as on the $35, $40, $50 and $50 plans.
What is a SIM card and Why does a 10$ SIM card automatically add to the price plan?
A SIM card is what links your phone and number to our network, you pay for it one time upon activation and it can last for up to six months in an expired status without de-activating.
If I already have a phone, can I still use it when activating a new plan?
Yes, your phone will work with a chatr SIM card if it is an unlocked GSM phone with 850/1900 MHz frequency. TIP: If you're unsure if your phone is unlocked reach out us with the model number and we can let you know!
I just purchased a plan from your website, what’s the next step?
Welcome to our network and hassle free service! First step, fill up the activation form sent to you by email after purchase is completed. Next one of our Chatr experts will create your tentative account and will activate your SIM card by when it is delivered. We will use your shipment tracking number to know once it has arrived and activate your account. At this time if you are switching your number over from another company we will take care of that as well.
What is Auto-pay?
Auto-pay is a convenient payment method that automatically charges to your pre-authorized credit card or debit card each month. It's one less thing to worry about each month and it keeps your account active all month, every month with no monthly bills. Plus, you can receive bonus offers for activating with an auto-pay plan.
What is my anniversary date?
Your anniversary date is the day of the month that you activated your chatr mobile service - example: the 25th of each month. Your monthly plan fee will be deducted from your account on that day each month. If you are enrolled in our auto-pay program, your plan fee is automatically charged to your card. If you are managing your own payments, please make sure you have enough money in your account to cover your plan fee by 3:00 AM Central Time on your anniversary date each month.
If you miss making a payment on your anniversary date, the date of your next payment will become your new anniversary date.
Note: if you activate on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month, your anniversary date will be set to the 28th of each month.
Tip: To check your anniversary date anytime, just dial *100# and press the SEND/CALL button. The information will appear on your screen along with your monthly fee and account balance.

You can now check your account information anytime – right from your phone. Just dial *100# then press the SEND/CALL button on your phone. Your anniversary date, monthly fee and account balance will appear on your screen.
Where do I find my SIM number?
Your 20-digit SIM number is on the SIM card found inside the Chatr activation kit.
What can I do with a reduced data speed?
There are lots of activities you can continue to do with reduced data speed, such as email, browse on the go, and social networking. Activities requiring high bandwidth (e.g. streaming videos) will be impacted.
